The Thought
In our online trainings for cultural change in organisations that we offer at Conscious U (the company I run with my dear friends Nadjeschda and Olga Taranczewski), we wanted to show illustrations of a people that would not suggest gender, age or origin so everyone in an organisation who is participating in our programme could identify with the content.
The Shape
Our ‘blob-people’ who take the stage in most of our training videos, change colour the more conscious they become and light up as spectral coloured nodes in a conscious organisation (‘Conscious Tribe’).
