The Thought
Beau Lotto asked me whether I could create signage for the exhibits in his ‘See Myself See’ exhibition and public event at the Wellcome Trust in London. How could his philosophy around perception be instilled in the signage?
The Shape
I created signs that mimicked classic vision test boards and put them on musical stands to hint on the phenomenon of synesthesia and how all our perception of the world is made up by our brains.
Making the Signs
Oh laser-cut letters, how much I love you!
At the event, we put them on music stands, of course!
