A Comic to explain Change in an Organisation
How to explain to a large number of stakeholders and cross-nationally operating teams the changes that are being made to the program organisation, and most importantly why they are taking place?
I conducted visual interviews with each member of the leadership team where I carved out the storyboard of the story they jointly wanted to tell. The design output was a printed comic that was handed out to everyone at the international all-hands meeting. The comic told the story of their organisation and explained the changes that were going to be made as why these changes were necessary to make the organisation future-proof.
