Das bunte Bastelbuch der Gefühle

(Roughly translates to: The colourful craft book of emotions)

It is in German (I am working on a translation), but I want to show it to you nevertheless. Because it comes from my heart. – The heart of a mother, artist, paper-lover and life long learner.

It is packed with fun craft projects that playfully allow kids to learn about feelings:

• To recognise and name feelings.
• To feel them in their bodies.
• To move through feelings.
• To learn about the glue that makes us stick together and our world a better place: empathy.

In a way, these craft projects follow the same principle that I use in my conceptual art, visual recordings and leadership workshops: Thinking and learning goes deeper when we experience it with our hands, our bodies and through images.

I love this way of engaging with our feelings and thoughts!
